Supervisory Registered Nurse
We're hiring a Supervisory Registered Nurse to oversee non-skilled home care services across Washington, D.C. This is an oversight and coordination role — not bedside care — supervising Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides while making sure our patients receive safe, appropriate care. It's a good fit for RNs who want to step away from bedside demands but still use their clinical judgment in a meaningful way.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments for non-skilled services
- Develop and update plans of care for personal care patients
- Supervise Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in the field
- Perform supervisory visits and ensure quality of care
- Provide education and guidance to caregivers and families
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid and home care regulations
- Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky
What We're Looking For:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in D.C.
- 1–2 years of nursing experience
- Home health, personal care, or case management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines is a strong plus
- WellSky experience is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay (per visit)
- Flexible scheduling — manage your own day
- Consistent caseload and structured workflow
- Mileage reimbursement
- Company-issued tablet for documentation
- Supportive clinical and administrative team
Service Areas:
