We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Account Representative and Estimator to join our team. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles, estimating practices, and sales techniques. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing accurate estimates for construction projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Identify new sales opportunities<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Qualify leads and schedule appointments<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Provide accurate estimates for construction projects<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Prepare proposals and close deals<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Manage customer relationships<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Stay up -to -date on industry trends and technologies<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,<\/span> or Verifiable InField Experience<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - 3+ years of experience as a Construction Account Representative or Estimator<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong understanding of construction principles,<\/span> <\/span>estimating practices,<\/span> <\/span>and sales techniques<\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent communication and negotiation skills<\/span>
<\/li> - Proficient with Google, Microsoft, and estimating softwares<\/span>
<\/li> - Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/span>
