No capes required-just a great attitude and a drive to succeed!What You'll Do (The Mission)As a Home Improvement Canvasser, you are the first point of contact for our future customers. You won't be closing hard sales; your primary goal is to spot homes that need our help and book free inspections.Map & Move: Walk designated San Antonio neighborhoods to engage face-to-face with local homeowners.Inspect & Educate: Identify homes with visible exterior needs (aging roofs, worn siding, outdated garage doors) and offer free inspection services.Generate Leads: Seamlessly input homeowner information into our system to schedule appointments for our project estimators.Represent the Brand: Be a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable "superhero" in the community.What We're Looking ForCommunication Champions: You love talking to people, have a high level of energy, and aren't afraid of rejection.Resilience: D2D marketing takes grit.
