Position: Home Improvement Service Coordinator (Impact Windows)
Responsibilities:
- Talk with homeowners regarding service-related issues
- Schedule appointments with homeowners for service calls
- Coordinate and schedule service technicians
- Purchase and order parts for service and installation projects
- Track deliveries and follow up on ETAs
- Communicate updates to the team
Qualifications
- Familiar with impact window and door parts and materials (CGI, PGT, WinDoor, CWS, ESW, etc.)
- Good communication and follow up skills
- Previous Service Coordinator in a Home Improvement Industry
