About the Role: 
Liberty Nursing Agency Inc is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Infusion Nurse to join our team in Manasquan, NJ. Responsibilities: 

• Administer intravenous (IV) medications, fluids, and therapies to patients in home settings
• Assess and monitor patient responses to infusion therapy and document clinical findings
• Insert, maintain, and troubleshoot peripheral and central venous access devices (PICC lines, ports)
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and safety protocols
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage and restock infusion supplies and equipment for patient home visits

Requirements:
 

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum 1-2 years of infusion therapy, IV therapy, or related clinical nursing experience
• Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion, PICC line care, and central venous catheter management
• Strong knowledge of infusion medications, dosing protocols, and adverse reaction management
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
• Excellent communication, time management, and independent problem-solving skills
• CPR/BLS certification required
