Home Infusion Registered Nurse

 BrightStar Care Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion services for patients in Hunterdon County, NJ.Pay: $45–$50 per hourQualificationsActive New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license requiredExperience administering infusion therapy requiredExperience with peripheral IV starts and central line care/accessExperience completing Start of Care (SOC) assessments preferredWound care experience is a plus, but not requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredExcellent clinical, communication, and documentation skillsSchedule8-hour shifts4 consecutive days each month for scheduled infusion treatmentsOpportunity to pick up additional infusion and nursing cases as they become availableResponsibilitiesAdminister prescribed infusion therapies in patients' homesStart and maintain peripheral IVs and access central lines as orderedMonitor patients during and after infusionsComplete Start of Care (SOC) assessments and accurate documentation as neededEducate patients and caregivers on their treatment planCollaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient careJoin BrightStar Care Home Care and make a meaningful difference by delivering high-quality, one-on-one care in the comfort of patients' homes.
