Job Details

We are hiring a Home Infusion RN / Registered Nurse / Infusion Nurse to provide skilled infusion therapy in a home-based setting.

This is a field-based RN role focused on 1:1 patient care, including IV therapy, PICC line and central line management, medication administration, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and initiate plan of care
Administer infusion therapies (IV meds, biologics, antibiotics, etc.)
Manage PICC lines, ports, and vascular access devices
Provide education to patients and families
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Complete documentation in EMR

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
On-call rotation (triage-first, minimal field visits)
