Total Rewards
- Pay: $25–$50/hr base (experience-based)
- Bonuses: Uncapped performance incentives; top performers reach $100,000–$200,000+ total comp

- Truck: Company vehicle with gas card — take-home dispatch, no shop commute
- On-Call: Fair rotation across the department; typically once every 12–15 weeks
- Workload: We can’t guarantee hours, but aggressive local marketing keeps schedules strong
Core Responsibilities
- Run residential service and repair calls, including complex diagnostics
- Present clear choices (repair vs. replace), discuss financing and service agreements
- Build lasting customer relationships through trust and excellent workmanship
- Proactively identify issues to minimize callbacks and breakdowns
- Track and own performance metrics and revenue goals
Qualifications
- Hands-on residential plumbing experience
- Knowledge of safety protocols and local codes
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable with technology: ServiceTitan, iPads, and digital invoicing

Field Conditions & Physical Expectations
- Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, stooping, reaching, and tool handling
- Regular lifting of 50+ pounds
- Close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Climbing ladders and working in hot/cold environments, including crawl spaces
- Outdoor work across multiple seasons depending on job scope
