Bath Planet of Metro NY is looking for ambitious, results-driven Home Remodeling Design Consultants to serve Nassau and Suffolk Counties. You'll meet with qualified homeowners who have already requested a consultation—no cold calling, no door knocking, and no prospecting.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions that fit each homeowner's style, needs, and budget.
• Deliver a professional, consultative sales presentation.
• Build trust and strong customer relationships.
• Accurately measure project requirements and recommend the best solutions.
• Close sales during the appointment.
• Update customer information and sales activity in our CRM.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in in-home sales or high-ticket closing.
• Home improvement sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience selling bathrooms, kitchens, windows, roofing, siding, flooring, HVAC, solar, or similar products is a major plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
