MLM Home Improvement is seeking a motivated Home Restoration Consultant to join our growing team in New Castle, Delaware. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to assess their home improvement needs and guide them through our restoration solutions. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with uncapped earning potential and comprehensive training provided.Responsibilities:- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers- Assess property conditions and recommend appropriate restoration solutions- Present pricing and financing options to homeowners- Build and maintain strong customer relationships- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project handoffs- Maintain accurate records in our CRM systemQualifications:- No prior sales experience required — we provide full training- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends- High school diploma or equivalent requiredWhat We Offer:- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission- Comprehensive paid training program- Health, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) with company match- Career advancement opportunities into management- Supportive team environment with ongoing mentorship
