Direct Protection Security Inc Authorized ADT Dealer is an alarm company seeking a full-time Alarm Installation Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Install and program new wireless alarm and security systems
• • Wireless equipment: sensors, motions, glass breaks, etc.
  • Google products Cameras, doorbells, Hubs
• Conduct walks through with customer to understand where the equipment is and does.
• Explain in detail how to use the systems and answer any questions that may arise
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may accrue security systems.
• Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions.
• Logging all details on every job
• Monitor your personal inventory of service parts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security installation, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
