TruBlue of Denver West is looking for a Lead Home Service Technician to help set the standard for our growing team.

This is not an entry-level handyman role. This is a key leadership position for a skilled, dependable professional who wants consistent work, strong office support, and the opportunity to help build a respected local home services company.

TruBlue Home Service Ally is a national home services franchise with more than 140 locations across the U.S. We provide trusted handyman repairs, home maintenance, home safety upgrades, and senior-friendly modifications that help busy families and older adults live better at home.

What You’ll Do

As our Lead Home Service Technician, you will complete residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects while helping support and mentor other Tru-Pro® technicians.

You will:

• Complete home repair and maintenance projects with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Lead by example on job sites through preparation, professionalism, problem-solving, and follow-through
• Help coach, support, and guide other technicians
• Communicate clearly with customers, set expectations, and represent TruBlue with confidence
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, efficiently, and consistently
• Identify issues before they become problems and help keep jobs moving smoothly
• Work closely with the office and leadership team to deliver a great customer experience
• Help raise the standard for quality, reliability, and professionalism across the team

Common projects include:

• Bathroom and kitchen upgrades
• Drywall repair and patching
• Flooring installation and repair
• General carpentry
• Interior and exterior painting
• Basic plumbing and electrical work within appropriate scope
• Home safety upgrades and senior-friendly modifications
• General handyman repairs and maintenance

Who You Are

You are a skilled, dependable professional who knows how to get the job done right and treat people well along the way.

You take pride in your work. You do not cut corners. You communicate clearly. You show up prepared. You understand that customers are trusting us inside their homes, and you take that responsibility seriously.

You likely have:

• 7+ years of hands-on home repair, remodeling, handyman, or construction experience
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, repairs, punch-list work, and general home maintenance
• The ability to diagnose problems, recommend practical solutions, and complete quality work efficiently
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting other technicians, preferred
• Strong communication skills with customers, office staff, and team members
• Good judgment, problem-solving ability, and pride in workmanship
• A professional appearance and customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A full set of tools appropriate for residential repair and maintenance work
• Fluency in English
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
