About the role

We’re looking for a customer service pro who thrives in trade industry environments—plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or generators—and who’s comfortable juggling inbound/outbound calls, precise scheduling, and real-time dispatching. You’ll work an 8-hour shift from home, keeping teams and customers in sync.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and urgency.
  • Dispatch technicians for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and generator jobs.
  • Operate daily in ServiceTitan for job creation, updates, and workflow management.
  • Use Hatch messaging to communicate with customers and reduce no-shows.
  • Handle detailed data entry to keep records complete and current.
  • Collaborate with field teams to balance workload and timelines.

What you bring

  • Call center experience: 2 years of inbound/outbound phone work (required).
  • Appointment scheduling: 1 year (required).
  • Dispatching: 1 year (required).
  • ServiceTitan: 1 year of hands-on use (required).
  • Hatch messaging: 1 year (required).
  • Data entry: 1 year with high accuracy (required).
  • Customer service in a trade business (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, generators): 2 years (preferred).
