What You’ll Do - Match technicians to the appropriate jobs based on their skills, experience, and customer needs to ensure successful service calls.
- Coordinate and adjust technician schedules throughout the day
- Communicate with customers and technicians regarding timing, updates, and changes
- Make real-time dispatching decisions based on priority, location, and skill set
- Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain accurate job details and updates in Service Titan
- Support daily operations to keep everything running smoothly
What Are We Looking For? - 2+ years of dispatching experience in the trades, home services, or a related field
- Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar field service management platform is a strong plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing your composure
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally with a technician, a customer, and a manager all at once and handle each one well
- Ability to make efficient and profitable decisions quickly and independently
- Strong customer service instincts with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
