We are looking for a hands-on, business-minded Home Services Operations Manager to lead daily operations, grow performance, coach high-performing teams, and strengthen the homeowner experience. This role is a key feeder opportunity for future General Manager, Home Services leadership.

What You'll Do
Lead Home Services sales, service, field, customer service, and administrative operations.
Drive revenue, gross profit, customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.
Review KPIs including technician productivity, average ticket, sales performance, replacement opportunities, callbacks, and NPS.
Coach, develop, hire, onboard, and retain strong team members and future leaders.
Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to improve lead flow, conversion, customer experience, and profitable growth.
Resolve escalated customer concerns and reinforce Airtron standards for safety, quality, appearance, and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of HVAC, home services, field operations, or related industry experience.
5+ years leading teams and driving successful sales or service performance.
Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience with budgets, gross profit, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Customer-first leadership style with strong coaching, communication, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; field service management or customer service software experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to work locations as needed.
