We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Home Show / Call Center Representative to join our growing team.

Position Overview

This unique role combines both event marketing and call center responsibilities. You will represent our company at local home shows, community events, and retail locations while also assisting with outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

Home Show & Event Responsibilities

• Represent Bath Planet of Inland Empire at home shows, fairs, expos, and promotional events.
• Engage with homeowners and educate them about our products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Set up and maintain attractive event displays.
• Build positive relationships with potential customers.
• Meet and exceed lead generation goals.

Call Center Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads generated from events, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
• Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer information within company systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service, retail, call center, sales, or event marketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings for events.
