Job Description
The home sleep study scheduler is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, forwarding calls, providing information, creating orders, and verifying insurance authorizations. Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted in the sleep lab.
