MUST HAVE ORR EXPERIENCE - WORKING WITH IMMIGRANT POPULATION AND SUPERVISION
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Directly supervises HSPRS Supervisors and develops policies/procedures for the program. Collaborate with Program Director to monitor and manage caseloads. Responsibilities also include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems, performing clinical assessments, and facilitating crisis management.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Education and Experience: Master’s in behavioral sciences, human services, social services or bachelor’s with at least 5 years of progressive (including supervisory) experience in case management.
Work Environment: The noise level in this work environment is usually high in the office and on the road. The work environmental characteristics described here are representative of those an employee will encounter while performing the essential duties of this job. The workspace is a large office and driving on city streets, with frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
Salary: $91,000 - $92,820 annually
