We are seeking a franchisee who will focus on leadership, sales, and business growth — not installations. This is a management and revenue-driving role designed for someone who wants ownership without wearing a tool belt.
What You’ll Do
Manage and lead a team of technicians
Build and strengthen local builder and referral partnerships
Drive sales and grow recurring revenue
Oversee operations and customer experience
