Position: Home Technology Sales Consultant

Our sales team is the connective tissue between what we build and the people who need it, and the team is growing! This role isn’t about slick pitches or pressure—it’s about listening well, solving real problems, and turning trust into long-term partnerships.
What you’ll do (the day-to-day):
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads—from first conversation to signed agreement
- Know our offerings of residential home automation, audio, video, lighting, shades deeply enough to translate them into clear, compelling solutions. Bonus points for experience in electrical sales
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and follow-ups with consistency and care
- Create accurate quotes and proposals (no mystery math, no crossed fingers)
- Coordinate closely with operations, project teams, and leadership to ensure smooth handoffs
- Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships—because retention is revenue’s quieter cousin
What success looks like:
- You hit (and often exceed) sales targets without burning bridges

- You proactively spot opportunities and risks before they become problems
- You take ownership—from first hello to final handshake
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred, but good instincts count too)
- Strong communication skills—clear, warm, and direct
- Confidence without ego; curiosity without chaos
- Comfort juggling multiple deals, timelines, and personalities
- Basic tech fluency (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets)
- A bias toward follow-through—you do what you say you’ll do
