Home Visitor, Ely Chd-NE - Full time and Flexible

Catholic Charities is seeking a few candidates who want to make a difference to join our Help Me Grow Program as a Home Visitor in Cuyahoga County. In this role you will work with pregnant mothers, caregivers and their children to promote healthy child development and positive interactions between parent/caregiver and child. You'd be responsible for engaging families who have been referred to the program; complete home visits, develop goals, conduct screenings, parenting education and referrals to resources.

Qualified candidates must have at least an associate degree in urban studies, early childhood, social work or 2+ years' experience in human services, early childhood or similar field. A valid DL as well.
