Pay: $25-$35 per hour + performance incentives

As a Home Water Solutions Specialist, you'll help homeowners improve the quality, safety, and performance of their water systems while building trusted relationships throughout the community. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and service residential water treatment systems
- Troubleshoot equipment and identify effective solutions
- Educate homeowners on water quality products and system operation
- Complete service appointments efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records
- Follow company quality and safety standards
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every visit
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of plumbing or residential service experience
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand technical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with water treatment or filtration systems
- Residential plumbing or mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Desire to continue growing into an advanced technical role
