Homebound Teacher The Chesterfield Township School District, a high-achieving PK-6 district located in northwestern Burlington County, is seeking a Homebound Teacher to provide 10 hours of direct instruction for each full week starting on or after November 20, 2025. The length of the assignment is to be determined. Requirements & Qualifications · Valid NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities or P-3 Certification · Ability to demonstrate knowledge of effective teaching methods · Required criminal history background check · Proof of US citizenship or legal resident status Responsibilities · Report to district Supervisor of Special Services & Early Childhood Education · Provide high-quality instruction to student(s) with disabilities in a home or appropriate community setting between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, typically in 1-2 hour segments. · Instruction will focus on maintaining progress in the student's grade level during times that attendance at school is not possible. · Develop lesson plans and organize appropriate instructional materials · Maintain records of service delivery and educational progress for reporting purposes · Consult with members of the Child Study Team (CST) regarding educational program requirements Rate of Pay $52 per hour for 10 hours of direct instruction for each full week.
