Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Homecare Aide role located in St Charles, MO. The Homecare Aide will assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe mobility in the home. Responsibilities include supporting light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and assistance with eating and hydration, while following care plans and safety guidelines. The role involves monitoring clients’ general wellbeing, reporting changes in condition to supervisors or family members, and accurately documenting services provided. The Homecare Aide will also offer companionship, engage clients in conversation and simple activities, and help coordinate basic errands or appointments as needed. Collaboration with the care team and adherence to company policies, infection control practices, and confidentiality requirements are essential.

• Experience providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support).

• Ability to perform basic home support tasks, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment.

• Reliability in following care plans, documenting services, and reporting changes in client condition to supervisors or family members.

• Capability to follow infection control procedures, safety protocols, and confidentiality guidelines (e.g., HIPAA awareness).

• Prior homecare, caregiving, or similar experience is preferred; completion of relevant caregiver or home health aide training is an asset.

• Ability to lift, transfer, or support clients safely as required by the role; comfort working in a variety of home settings.
