Interim HealthCare of Augusta is actively seeking compassionate and experienced Private Duty Nurses (RNs & LPNs) to provide 1-on-1 in-home care for pediatric and adult patients with complex medical needs.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a patient and their family by delivering personalized care in the comfort of their home.
Our patients require 8, 12, or 24-hour nursing coverage, giving nurses the opportunity for flexible schedules and consistent hours.

Unlike hospitals or facilities, Private Duty Nursing allows you to focus on ONE patient at a time.
You will:
• Provide 1-on-1 patient-centered care• Monitor and manage complex medical conditions• Help guide patients and families through their healthcare journey• Educate family caregivers on daily care and treatments• Improve the overall quality of life for patients and their loved ones• Care for patients with diverse medical acuities and chronic conditions
