Greenstaff HomeCare is looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Home Care Specialist to help grow our presence throughout Maryland. This is an outside sales role focused on developing referral partnerships, generating new business, and becoming a trusted resource within the healthcare community.

Unlike many home care agencies, Greenstaff offers both non-medical home care and private-pay Concierge Nursing services, giving our referral partners a broader range of solutions to help clients safely remain at home. Our Concierge Nursing program provides skilled RN and LPN care, allowing us to support clients whose needs go beyond traditional caregiving.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including:
• • Hospitals
  • Skilled nursing facilities
  • Assisted living and Independent Living Communities
  • Physicians and medical practices
  • Case managers and discharge planners
  • Aging Life Care Professionals
  • Hospice and Home Health agencies
  • Elder law attorneys and other community partners
• Generate new referral opportunities through strategic business development.
• Manage and grow a designated territory using a structured account development plan.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, networking events, and educational programs.
• Identify client needs and collaborate with our operations team to ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain regular communication with existing referral partners to strengthen relationships and increase referrals.
• Track sales activity, referrals, and account progress using our CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for new account activation, referral growth, and client starts.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (healthcare or senior services preferred).
• Experience in home care, hospice, home health, medical sales, senior living, or healthcare marketing is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
