Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree. Two years of experience in contract compliance, auditing, or enforcement is required. Additional experience in contract compliance, auditing, or enforcement may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

The Homeless Trust is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help oversee fiscal tracking and compliance for vital programs funded through HUD Continuum of Care (CoC), State, and Local/Primary Care grants. The incumbent in this position will review financial records and supporting documentation to ensure absolute alignment with grant requirements; navigate federal grant financial guidelines, including Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), cost principles, internal controls, and procurement; and manage and verify allowable costs, matching requirements, and financial reporting to support our mission.
