We are dedicated to digitizing the world's real estate and helping customers discover properties, insights, and connections that improve their businesses and lives.Position OverviewAs the Homes.com Regional Director for the Field Sales Account Executives, you will be responsible for ensuring development and successful growth objectives for the Homes.com product in your region. The Regional Director will grow and develop the region's brand presence by educating and demonstrating the Homes.com products to new customers and ensuring high levels of customer service to support sales deal success. You will manage the daily activities of the Field Sales Account Executives, including attending brokerage sales meetings, local Board of Realtors events, and visiting potential clients to close sales deals. All new Regional Directors receive extensive classroom and field training to build product and industry knowledge, credibility, and career success.ResponsibilitiesAttract, hire, motivate, and develop high-impact Field Sales Account Executives capable of meeting/exceeding defined monthly sales revenue targetsSpend 3–4 days per week in the field with their representatives and provide coaching and training to enhance presentation, communication, and closing skillsMonitor team performance and hold representatives accountable to required sales activities and KPIs to achieve business targets and standardsEstablish individual and team performance targets aligned with overall business goals; monitor performance and take action to resolve performance issues and personnel changes as neededDevelop and mentor team members to achieve monthly KPI/sales targetsEnsure CoStar Group culture and values are adopted by team membersTravel 50%Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university3+ years of experience directly managing a team of 5+ employees, including attracting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing sales teamExperience managing sales efforts in a highly transactional, consultative, fast-paced organization with a short cycle-time sales modelTrack record of commitment to prior employersCandidates must possess a current and valid driver's licenseSatisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to startPreferred QualificationsStrong and proven track record of mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve their potentialKnowledge of the real estate industryExperience leading a sales team with a focus on customer serviceAbility to build long-term relationships and partnerships with clients at all levelsEffective internal and external relationship-building skillsAbility to retain proven team members and remove low performersFlexibility and adaptability in a high-growth companyWhat's in it for you?CoStar Group offers a collaborative and innovative culture, generous compensation and performance-based incentives, and opportunities for professional and academic growth through internal training, tuition reimbursement, and inter-office exchanges.
