We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Honda Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service department, the Automotive Technician will play a vital role in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for our Honda vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including engine diagnostics, electrical system repairs, and brake service.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and address any potential safety or performance concerns.
- Perform complex repairs and replacements in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations and provide cost estimates.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and adhere to dealership policies and procedures.
- Stay current with Honda technical bulletins and training to ensure proficiency in the latest automotive technology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician, specializing in Honda vehicles.
- ASE certification or equivalent technical training is highly desirable.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools specific to Honda vehicles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
