We are a high-volume Honda dealership looking for an experienced, driven, and highly competitive Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.

 This is not an entry-level F&I position. We are looking for a proven producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to maximize every opportunity, and can deliver outstanding results while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and compliance.

 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager
• Strong PVR and product penetration
• Excellent VSC, GAP, maintenance, appearance protection, and ancillary product performance
• Ability to structure deals and work effectively with multiple lenders
• Strong understanding of lender programs, approvals, stipulations, and funding
• Excellent closing and presentation skills
• Ability to handle high deal volume without sacrificing CSI or compliance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Competitive, accountable, energetic, and results-driven
• Someone who wants to produce, earn, and win
