Honda Internet Salesperson

Location: Irvine, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $80,000-$150,000

We’re looking for an experienced Internet Sales Consultant to join our team at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. If you’re competitive, customer-focused, and motivated by earning potential, we want to meet you!

What you'll Do:

• Respond to and follow up with internet, phone, and online sales leads
• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and in person
• Identify customer needs and recommend new and used vehicles
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities

What You’ll Need:

• Previous vehicle sales experience required
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
