• Pay: $95,000 - $120,000 (Based on Performance)
• Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Desk and structure automotive sales deals
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals
• Work closely with Finance, Sales Consultants, and dealership leadership
• Monitor inventory and help maximize gross profit opportunities
• Ensure a world-class customer experience throughout the sales process
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing top sales talent
• Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies to improve dealership performance
• Foster a positive, high-energy, results-driven culture

What You'll Bring

• Previous automotive Sales Manager or Sales Desk Manager experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Proven success driving sales and profitability
• Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
