Honda Salesperson

Location: Irvine, CA | Type: Full Time | Starting Salary: $80,000 - $150,000

We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Salesperson to join our team at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. If you’re competitive, customer-focused, and motivated by earning potential, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do: 

• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles
• Build strong relationships and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product presentations
• Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain knowledge of Honda products, features, and inventory
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to maximize opportunities

What You’ll Need:

• Previous vehicle sales experience required
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
