Job DescriptionYour main responsibilities includeDeep understanding of the specific functional area and its processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and production requirement.Collaborate cross organization to develop project plans specific to their functional area including timelines milestones and deliverables.Track project progress within their functional area identify potential issues and escalate concerns to the project manager as needed.Identify and mitigate risks specific to their functional domain that could impact project success.Facilitate communication cross organizationally ensuring alignment on project goals and updates.Work closely with counterparts to ensure smooth integration and coordination across the project.Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes within their functional area to optimize project execution.Willing to support new Fab in Europe Japan and headquarters in Taiwan for a certain period. Minimum QualificationsApplicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and haveBachelors degree andor above. Major in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Automation Engineering related fields Construction engineering Building science Construction science or Civil engineering.Ability to communicate and work in an English environment is a must language ability in Mandarin German and Japanese is a plus.Experience with equipment installation is preferred.Proficiency in fundamental mechanical principles and conceptsGood problem-solving skills communication ability team spirit active learning attitude.
