12N Horizontal Construction Engineer
Job Overview:
As a Horizontal Construction Engineer, you'll operate heavyconstruction equipment like bulldozers, tractors, backhoes, cranes,excavators, and road graders to help pave the way for fellow Soldiersand to make room for construction projects. Without safe roads totravel, it's hard for Soldiers to move around, especially in unfamiliarterritory. You'll also assist Army engineers to analyze constructionsite needs and transport heavy construction equipment from one site toanother.
Requirements
A U.S. Citizen or permanent resident with a valid GreenCard
17 to 34 Years Old
High School Diploma or GED

No Medical Concerns
Testing & Certifications
100 Nationally Recognized Certifications Available
10 weeks of Basic Training
9 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
85 ASVAB Score: General Maintenance (GM)
