Horizontal Directional Drill OperatorHDD operators are responsible for precise HDD placement utilizing the latest in electronics to navigate the drill stem in a trenchless operation. HDD operators work under the supervision of the Superintendent.What Do You Offer Us Operate equipment including but not limited to Vermeer directional drills backhoe excavators. Individuals must be able to read prints and have knowledge of the underground processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work safely with or without supervision. Operator must always be knowledgeable of all typical safety procedures and be able to apply them. Other duties as required for business purposes. Other responsibilities as directed. Work may be performed in confined spaces. Some exposure to odors gases dust and dirt may occur. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud.
