Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced an CNC Milling Machinist with ability in setting up and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis Milling equipment. Someone with Solidworks and MasterCAM proficiency that can be helpful in multiple areas. This is a job shop environment and you will be machining a variety of materials from carbon steel, stainless steel, Aluminum Bronze, and plastics.
The Manufacturing Company is offering this position as a direct hire opportunity on the first shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM with overtime available. Salary is extremely competitive depending on individuals experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Set up and operation of various CNC Milling equipment using Fanuc Controls
Set up tooling equipment and make necessary edits per customer specifications as needed
Programming is not required but preferred for this role (G-Code and MasterCAM)
Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
Program CNC machines using Mastercam 24 and SolidWorks languages as necessary
Utilize hand tools and machinery safely and effectively to complete tasks
Conduct inspections of finished products using GD&T principles to ensure compliance with quality standards
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols
