Located in San Marcos, we are an established and professional Medical Spa offering state of the art skin treatments utilizing the latest in aesthetic medicine. We are seeking a talented, experienced, positive and motivated aesthetic NP or PA with an exceptional personality to join our team. We offer a broad menu of services including lasers, chemical peels and injectables.
Experience of 2+ years as an HRT and Weight Loss NP or PA is required. Experience with Dermal Fillers is preferred, but not required.
Position is part-time time with full-time possibility
Hours of operation: Mon-Fri: 10:00am-6:30pm

Responsibilities and Duties
- Reading labs and prescribing Hormonal Replacement Therapy to our patients
- Perform Aesthetic and Weight Loss Consultations via protocols and scope of practice guidelines
- Aline with established protocols
- Create result oriented treatment plans
- Manage daily flow for quality patient outcomes and business profitability
- Sales via client education
- Provide stellar customer service, professional bedside manner
- Patient education of procedure benefits and risks
- Create exceptional clinical outcomes
- Medical charting
Qualifications and Skills
- HRT and Weight Loss experience required
- Able to work independently
- Current California NP or PA License and CPR cert.
- Highly Polished and Professional Appearance
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Skin and muscle anatomy competent
- Ability to provide safe therapeutic treatments within scope of practice and license
- Strong sales background with ability to up-sell
- Time management skills
