About the Role:
Unique Tours and Rentals LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Horse Trainer to join our team in Atlanta, GA! Responsibilities:

• Train and condition horses for tours, rentals, and guest interactions
• Develop and implement individualized training programs for horses of varying skill levels
• Monitor horse health, behavior, and well-being on a daily basis
• Assist guests and riders with proper horsemanship techniques and safety protocols
• Coordinate with veterinarians and farriers to ensure optimal horse care
• Maintain stables, equipment, and training facilities to a high standard
• Evaluate and assess new horses for temperament, fitness, and suitability for tours and rentals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Horse Trainer or in a similar equestrian role
• Strong knowledge of horse behavior, training techniques, and equine health
• Experience working with diverse breeds and temperaments
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and passionate about animal welfare
