This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants while delivering excellent customer service.No prior horticulture experience is required — we provide hands-on training to ensure you gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.Responsibilities
- Identify tress, shrubs, and other ornamental plants
Inspect landscapes to identify plant health issues, pests, and diseases
- Diagnose landscaping and ornamental plant problems
Apply liquid treatments accurately and safely
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
Maintain accurate service records
- Operate and maintain equipment safely
Follow all company safety guidelines and state regulationsQualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
