North Hills Country Club in Menomonee Falls, WI is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Horticulturist to manage and maintain the club's landscaped areas, gardens, and ornamental plantings. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys independent work, has a passion for plants, and takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Design, plant, and maintain flower beds and landscape features around the clubhouse and golf course
- Monitor plant health and implement sustainable care practices (watering, fertilizing, pruning, etc.)
- Identify and control pests, diseases, and weeds as needed
- Seasonal color planning and execution
Qualifications:
- Prior horticulture or landscaping experience preferred
- Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying conditions
