Hose Assembler & Tester
Schedule: Monday–Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Are you someone who takes pride in building things the right way the first time? Do you enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, and being part of a team that produces a critical safety product? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking a Hose Assembler & Tester to join a growing manufacturing team responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting fire hose products to ensure they meet strict quality and performance standards.

What You'll Do

Assembly & Manufacturing

  • Assemble fire hoses by cutting, fitting, and attaching couplings and components.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, presses, and crimping equipment to complete assemblies.
  • Read and follow work instructions and production orders accurately.
  • Maintain production counts and achieve daily productivity goals.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct pressure testing and inspections to ensure products meet performance standards.
  • Identify quality concerns and report any defects or non-conformance issues.
  • Maintain accurate testing and production records.

Warehouse & Equipment Operation

  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Move materials and finished products throughout the production area.

Safety & Teamwork

  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

? Manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.

? Experience using hand tools, power tools, presses, or mechanical equipment.

? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

? Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.

? Willingness to learn, rotate between tasks, and work overtime when needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Stand for extended shifts.
  • Push, pull, bend, reach, and work overhead as needed.
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, equipment, and production materials.
