Schedule: Full-Time, all shift schedules available.
Pay: $17.50+ hourly, weekly payroll cycle

Joining a leading, local manufacturer, you'll help assemble precision thermoplastic hose products used in the aviation, construction, manufacturing, and energy industries. What You'll Do

  • Assemble precision hose products according to production specifications and work instructions.
  • Gather the correct hoses, fittings, and materials needed for each production order.
  • Set up and operate cut-off saws and hose assembly equipment.
  • Install fittings and connectors while ensuring proper alignment and secure assembly.
  • Inspect hoses and components for quality, accuracy, and defects throughout the production process.
  • Measure hose dimensions using gauges and other measuring tools to ensure specifications are met.
  • Clean, dry, cap, and label finished hose assemblies for shipment.
  • Operate hose marking equipment as required.
  • Read and follow job sheets, simple diagrams, and written work instructions.
  • Assist with warehouse duties and other production activities as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience is a plus, but motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
  • Mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, job sheets, and simple diagrams.
  • Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
  • Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.
  • Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout your shift.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, squat, and perform repetitive hand movements.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, safety shoes, and other required gear.
  • Ability to distinguish sizes, shapes, and colors and respond to machine alarms and audible signals.
