The HA delivers care under the supervision of the RN Case Manager (RNCM), reports directly to the HA Supervisor, and maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship with the assigned PCM.Essential ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care/Homemaking ServicesProvides safe, sensitive and supportive personal care as ordered by the physician and in accordance with the HA plan of care developed by the RN, safe HA practice and the policies and procedures of HSCC.
