In this essential role, you'll coordinate schedules for our Hospice Aides, ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care while supporting the day-to-day operations of our clinical team. What You'll Do

Coordinate and maintain daily schedules for Hospice Aides to ensure timely patient visits.

Manage same-day schedule changes, call-outs, and staffing adjustments with efficiency.

Communicate with Hospice Aides, nurses, clinical leadership, and office staff to ensure seamless care coordination.

Monitor visit coverage and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.

Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service to patients, families, and staff.

Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation within the EMR system.

Scan, file, and organize patient and employee documentation.

Assist with office supply inventory and administrative support as needed.

Ensure scheduling activities comply with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Previous scheduling experience in hospice, home health, healthcare, or a medical office preferred.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional, compassionate, and customer-focused approach.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); EMR experience is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license required.
