What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate hospice nursing care aligned with patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on symptom management and comfort measures
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Assist in coordinating patient services and resource referrals
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Texas RN license
- Minimum 2 years hospice or palliative care nursing experience
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a hospice setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
