Are you an experienced Hospice Business Development Representative or Hospice Liaison who understands the sensitivity, strategy, and relationship-building required in end-of-life care?
We are hiring a Hospice Business Development Representative to expand our hospice presence across NW & NE Oklahoma City. This hospice sales role requires direct hospice experience-we're seeking someone who understands hospice philosophy, compliance, referral dynamics, and how to grow census with integrity.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $55,000+ (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Develop and grow hospice referral relationships across Oklahoma City
- Partner with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, physicians, and community leaders
- Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and value
- Increase hospice census through ethical, patient-centered growth strategies
- Conduct in-person visits, facility calls, and community outreach
- Track referral trends, activity, and performance metrics
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- Previous hospice experience REQUIRED
- Hospice business development, liaison, or hospice sales experience preferred
- Strong understanding of hospice regulations and eligibility criteria
- Established referral network in the Oklahoma City market preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
