Hospice - CNA

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice - CNA to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospice care and be able to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with end-of-life care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Experience working in hospice care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
