Responsibilities include:Conducting spiritual assessments and offering individualized supportAssisting with bereavement services as neededParticipating in the interdisciplinary Plan of Care to ensure high‑quality spiritual careMaintaining accurate and timely documentation in patient chartsBuilding relationships with community religious and spiritual leadersCoordinating access to community spiritual resources for patients and familiesSupporting the development of hospice‑community partnershipsYour presence brings comfort, guidance, and peace to those navigating end‑of‑life experiences.QualificationsOrdained minister or chaplain in good standing within your denominationExcellent communication skillsStrong creativity and motivational abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively as part of a hospice care teamUnderstanding of the grief process for patients and familiesReliable transportation, valid Oklahoma driver's license, and proof of insuranceWork SchedulePRNFlexible hoursReady to Join Our Team?Our application process is quick and easy.
