This is a senior clinical leadership position for someone who understands hospice, knows what survey readiness really means, and can bring structure, accountability, and confidence to a growing clinical team.We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to serve as the senior clinical authority overseeing hospice clinical operations. This role is primarily office-based and focused on compliance, documentation integrity, audits, staff supervision, IDG leadership, clinical accountability, and overall program quality.Position SummaryThe Clinical Director provides leadership and oversight for hospice clinical services while ensuring compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, internal standards, and quality expectations.This role protects the integrity of clinical documentation, patient eligibility, Plan of Care accuracy, interdisciplinary coordination, and clinical performance across the program.The ideal candidate is structured, decisive, organized, and confident.
